The booking terms that govern every safari itinerary we design and operate.
Our full booking terms are being updated. A signed booking contract accompanies every confirmed trip and takes precedence over anything on this page. Headline terms:
Deposit & Payment
A 25% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 60 days before travel. Bookings within 60 days require full payment at confirmation.
Cancellation
More than 60 days out: deposit forfeited. 31–60 days: 50% of the total. 0–30 days: 100% of the total. Some lodges and permits (notably gorilla permits) are non-refundable from the day of booking — we'll flag these specifically in your quote.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance — including medical evacuation — is a condition of travel. We'll suggest reputable providers on request.
Changes
We reserve the right to substitute accommodations or activities of equivalent standard if operational circumstances require it. Any material change will be discussed with you in advance.
