A sentence. Something like 'Honeymoon in the Serengeti, mid-August, two of us, budget flexible.' We'll draft the first version around that and ask the sharpening questions by email.
What does it cost to plan with you?
Nothing. We're paid by the lodges and camps we book — on the same rates you'd pay them directly. No surcharges, no planning fees.
Can I change my mind after you've drafted it?
Always. Most trips go through 3–5 revisions before we agree on the final version. That's the point of the process.
What if I already have a specific tour in mind?
Even better — link to it in the notes below and we'll use it as the starting point. Private versions of our published itineraries are available on request.
Are you a tour operator or a broker?
We are a licensed Tanzanian ground operator with our own vehicles and guides in East Africa, and trusted partner operators in the south. That's why our safari experts know the lodges personally.
How far ahead should I book?
For July–October in the Serengeti or Mara, 10–14 months. For most other countries, 6–9 months. Shoulder seasons (November, May) often come together in 2–3 months.
