Today's hike takes you through the changing landscape of Kilimanjaro, as you ascend from the rainforest to the moorland zone. The trail winds through picturesque valleys and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks. After a challenging but rewarding day, you'll reach Horombo Hut, where you'll enjoy dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Today is an important acclimatization day, as you ascend to higher altitudes. The trail climbs through alpine desert terrain, with the vegetation becoming increasingly sparse. Upon arrival at Kibo Hut, you'll have an early dinner and rest before your final push to the summit.

The summit day begins in the early hours of the morning, under a starry sky. As you ascend, you'll witness a breathtaking sunrise over the African plains. After reaching Uhuru Peak, the highest point on the continent, you'll begin your descent, stopping at Kibo Hut for a short rest before continuing to Horombo Hut for the night.

On your final day of trekking, you'll descend through the rainforest, retracing your steps to Marangu Gate. After saying goodbye to your porters and guides, you'll be transferred back to Arusha, where you can relax and reflect on your amazing journey.
